Weather Policy and Cancellations

We understand the Colorado weather can be unpredictable.  Our generous weather policy allows for a full refund (minus processing fees) for weather related cancellations with the following considerations:

Colorado Foam & Bubble Parties staff has not begun to travel to your location.

Severe/unsafe weather is forecasted for your area by reputable weather source.

Communication about weather concerns are submitted within 4 hours of event start time.

Once staff begins to travel to your location, no weather related refunds should be expected.

  We will  happily reschedule for a future date at no additional cost to you.
